Excellent customer service! The girl at the front desk was very helpful and informative There were 6 of us and she made sure we got the extra pillows,, sheets and blankets we requested We got a room with 2 queen beds and a divided living area, which was pretty roomy

Cleanliness was 4 stars only because there were a few hairs in the tub Overall the rest of the room was pretty clean Great location and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options including pancakes, bagels, and fruit, to name a few Would choose this hotel again over the Hampton Inn that we stayed at a few nights previous

Patricia Weigand

Came here on vacation for Memorial Day weekend with my family of 6 and a our Great Dane the room we had was spacious and so clean the beds were comfortable and so was the pull out bed Andrea and Rachel were hands down some of the best front desk workers I’ve seen and dealt with in a very long time Breakfast was awesome and tasty for all my kids

Having a big family and staying in a hotel is stressful the soundproof rooms are a HUGE plus!!!!!! We will definitely stay again GREAT JOB LADIES ❤️🤍💙

Gaby Calvillo

The staff are amazing 🤩 The hotel is clean, comfortable, pool was clean and working Did I mention the staff are amazing? 😊 Brandy thoughtfully asked if my wife was ok after an unexpected trip to a local urgent care

The young lady who checked us in was also awesome, even advised group that she needed to mop the entry areas and wanted to be sure the card group was all there to be sure it had time to dry so no one would potentially slip and fall Amazing restaurant recommendation from Brandy, Shah’s is walking distance and amazing greek food, the gyros are awesome!! Great stay! Thank you!

Leslie

I have stayed at many Choice Hotels over the last few years, this was the absolute best one The rooms are standard and well kept It could use some upgrades but nothing more than cosmetic

The thing that makes this hotel amazing is the staff I stayed here for a week and witnessed the staff bending over backwards for guestsFrom Liz in breakfast, to all the house keeping staff, to Brandy at the front desk One thing that stood out to me was how attentive Brandy was to each and every guest Even when a guest was upset about his truck being stolen She was able to maintain her positive attitude while he was yelling at her, and was able to have him laughing before it was all over This staff makes this hotel what it is and I will definitely stay here any chance I get!

Keith Oliver

Upon arrival, the staff member that assisted me presented the attitude of hating her job (that has been a constant so far) Entering my room for the first time, I was greeted with pillow sheets, but only one actual pillow One day in, both key cards stopped functioning – staff fixed it, again being obvious in me inconveniencing her

One card stopped working again, but I’d rather not engage staff again The hotel itself isn’t bad, though the surrounding area is a dump The main issue is the completely unpleasant and often obliviously rude staff member that I’ve had to interact with Good luck

Late Nite Rooster

The rooms are nice The property itself is great The staff at the front desk are not very friendly or accommodating

I stay here often and have very rarely seen a staff member at the desk with a smile on their face I get anxious about asking for an early check in or late check out I’m an elite Bonvoy member but still never have the luxury of those options Housekeeping and maintenance are friendly Overall, I do not recommend staying at this property

Shauna Dokupil

Alicia at the front desk was awesome The water pressure was AMAZING The rooms were pretty outdated but you wouldn’t expect that since the lobby was recently updated

The beds could of been softer and the pool is NOT heated as the listing states The housekeeping needs more training The privacy in the rooms between the sitting area and bed area should be more than a glass panel

Chris Rodriguez

We stayed here several times during the construction of our house and always enjoyed it, especially pre-covid when they had great bartender service Even though it’s near the freeway, the noise from it was never an issueWhen it became an endless construction zone (dirt and/or limited parking in front, and then a new building built in the front parking lot) we changed hotels to a less crowded area

But the hotel itself is very nice inside

The only hotel in Pueblo West from what I’m told, but the experience was outstanding The rooms were clean, the water pressure was great, the breakfast which included biscuits and gravy was good, the staff made sure we had everything we needed, and each employee we encountered was pleasant and had a smile on Even the decor showed someone cared about the hotel they were managing from the flowers at the door to the check in area

Would recommend if you’re in the area Thanks!

I am pretty upset with my stay thus far at this hotel and being a Titanium Elite member of Marriott, it’s truly a disappointment and disturbance I have spent the last month in this hotel and have yet to have a good housekeeping experience I have only requested services maybe 4 times since I’ve been here and each time I had to personally speak to either housekeeping or the front desk to obtain services later

The first time, only items changed were my towels and washcloths The same spotted sheets and pillow cases from check-in 7 days prior, still remained on my bed until the following day after I had to contact the front desk I am further inconvenienced today, after returning back to my hotel room after working a 13 hour shift, to find my room was yet again not cleaned, no clean towels or washcloths, same sheets from 7 days ago and I didn’t have not one “Do Not Disturb” sign outside my door I was informed by the front desk that they changed their cleaning policy to “every 3rd day of your stay” I have never heard of this for any other Marriott, not to mention, if the policy was just changed how would it apply to customers who have been staying at the hotel for a while??? I requested at least to have a towel and washcloth brought to my room in which I am still currently waiting for, hours later Needless to say, I am scheduled to stay in this hotel until September however, I don’t think that will be the case Although I enjoy being a Marriott member, this is beyond acceptable and has me not wanting to continue my stay at this point at any hotel associated, especially taking into consideration the cost of my stay for 80 days definitely is not cheap A true inconvenience and disappointment to say the least!

My wife and I were visiting Pueblo, CO and decided to try the new COURTYARD MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN PUEBLO It was a great experience! Our room was attractive, roomy, and very comfortable, with lots of available parking spaces We were in easy walking distance to Riverwalk activities, restaurants and shops, as well as to dozens of other Pueblo restaurants, shops, museums, etc

– perfect location! The Courtyard Marriott service was wonderful also: we had some questions when we arrived, and Front Desk Agent BRIANNA immediately responded with answers, pamphlets, and solutions; she made our stay in Pueblo exceptional, and she is an outstanding representative of excellent Marriott customer service! Also, the snack bar provides very high quality options for breakfast and Happy Hour Bottom Line: this MARRIOTT is definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Pueblo, CO

Beware locals must leave a cash deposit Which is not stated in their reservation info but there is a sign when you walk in that you will not see if you are trying to interact with a workerThe pool was also closed, also not specified when reserving

The free breakfast has become a “lite breakfast”, also not stated in the reservation info The staff I worked with didn’t like that I questioned their deposit policy and tried to refuse service to me for questioning why it wasn’t in the reservation details I kept trying to work with her and she told me she was busy and it took over an hour to get checked inI also had an allergic reaction to the room which made me think both pets and smokers had been in the room previously and the room hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a while

PROS: Clean room/linen, indoor access to rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, working appliances/AC/Outlets, and quiet Pool is indoor and fairly nice Breakfast was decent too

CONS: Some transients rummaging through front building trash but honestly it’s to be expected in Pueblo 🤣 No elevator for upper floor accessDecent stay for the price point

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars; however, the remote in our room was not working and Faith, the front desk attendee was very rude- claimed remote had water in it, switched the batteries, still did not work properly, we went back to desk and she told me that we would have to get up and down to adjust the volume- my family member walks with a cane- the whole reason we asked for the first floor- additionally she said she could only put us on the second floor – because the remote could not be reprogrammed to our tv- no staff – REALLY??? This was not an option for us so we kept 102 If it were not for Melissa who assigned our room at 2 pm and the two cheerful gentlemen who made breakfast and checked out out at 545 am, this hotel would get a no star review based on customer service Room was excellent, clean, plenty of walking space, working refrigerator and microwave

While there was a working AC/Heater, still had the option to open window -bonus! Hallway rugs were the cleanest I have ever seen compared to larger chain hotels Bathrooms and pool were very clean There is an onsite guest laundry Our room shower had super good pressure and drained well Breakfast options were plentiful and the coffee was awesome!!! Recommend to overnight travel for work 05/12/22-05/13/22

I tried FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES to do a reservation First guy said he couldn’t figure out a discount and would make sure to hold a room w/ hot tub for me 2nd person said for a lot more but different room

Room got canceled 3rd person said no rooms available but there was one online I set it up then got a call from a FOURTH person saying there was an issue He eventually said he can give me the room w/ hot tub and by the time I finally get to the hotel it’s canceled and room was NEVER AVAILABLE!!

HORRIBLE! We traveled to Pueblo as a family and I regret subjecting my child to that place! Save yourself the headache and possible illnesses you would catch staying here Where to begin? The first room had a horrible stench coming from the vomit that clogged the sink, there were feces remnants in the toilet, the sheets were stained with blood, urine, and god knows what else We ran into a few guests who complained about finding bedbugs! The second room wasn’t much better

The room smelled of smoke (smoke free room), the A/C didn’t work so it was a very hot night, again the sheets had not been changed so there were stains On top of that, we witness a couple drug deals in the parking lot and there are lots of shady long-term renters The only good part of the whole experience was Erik at the front desk He was amazing but definitely doesn’t get paid enough for everything he had to deal with! After addressing the issues with the owners, they determined that a $50/night discount (off $119/night) but still charging us a late checkout fee was a sufficient solution We ended up finding another hotel ($200+/night because it was last minute booking) The Travelodge still ended up charging us the full $250 for both nights so now we are out $500+ for a 2 night stay in Pueblo We will NEVER go to this hotel again! Or any other Travelodge!

Rachael Hill

Horrible place The staff is nice, however that’s about the only positive about the placeDon’t waste your money and just go to the Springs

You’ll get a much better room at a better room at a better rateI had to pay a $300 deposit because I has an IN-STATE ID and it was never given back even though I left the room in better shape than when i got there Definitely save the headache and go somewhere worth your money

Derlyn McMillan

The room was dirty, the linens in the bathroom were stained, the sheets on the bed were also stained There were no informational books to tell us how to operate the TV or about the local services A king size bed only had two pillows when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any

We were getting ready for bed and noticed that the bottoms of our feet were black from walking through the room after having just taken a shower (because there was no stopper for the tub ) This was after having spent 10 hours on the road This motel should be closed and totally cleaned up our should just be torn down I will never stay here again or maybe any other Travelodge again and recommend you think twice about staying with them either

We felt the hotel is geared more to business stays Almost everything offered in the Cupboard area near the reception desk was at a cost There was nothing special about our room

Wrappers were left in trash container in the bathroom Staff at the front desk were terrific and helpful Basically, the write up of what the hotel offers is incomplete and for over $200 for a single night wasn’t as great as we had hoped

kia dipinaguitard

I was not told the refrigerator in room was not working at check-in although it was known by staff at check-in, and was told it was going to be fixed during my stay They did not have any other rooms available so it was a huge inconvenience because I brought food for the refrigerator I did get a nurse discount as did the other nurses with a working refrigerator

I was told to bring my food to the front desk to hold A huge inconvenience

Brandy Snow

I stayed at this location a couple of times during my travel to Texas Both stays were equal in comparisonEmployee shout outs: Marcos provided a warm welcome upon our arrival

He explained the breakfast schedule, parking and the automatic locking doors Daniel called me to confirm the reservations both waysThe night manager (Corrine?)was a young Hispanic woman in her 30’s with tattoos and she is a hoot! All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and professional I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the previous reviews but I am so thankful that we stayed here Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the customer service was great! This is conveniently located next to a Village Inn, Cracker Barrel and a gas station

Higher Standard Woodcutting

My wife and I were passing through Pueblo on a long drive and decided to book a room at Hampton Inn Pueblo North To say the least it was an unimpressive experience The breakfast was good and the room was clean

That’s about the best I can say The front desk staff are immature, argumentative and not the least bit interested in hospitality The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you and the rooms are WAY overpriced, especially for honors/AAA members This is the first truly terrible experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton hotel and I’ll never stay at this property again Go to the Quality Inn

Billypenn 2380

Worst experience at a Hilton I have ever had The morning front desk girl was super disrespectful when I asked for an early check in I am a Hilton Diamond member and I can understand if early check in is not available but to be disrespected is ridiculous

They have the front door locked in the day so it feels like you are in a dangerous area They also have their front door plastered with generic word docs that say No Vacancy, only one breakfast bag per customer etc

This place is trash The front desk worker was very rude The door to our room wouldn’t shut or lock

Anyone could walk in We when told the man at the front desk he looked right at us and said, man I don’t know maybe try to lift the door up No let me try to help or anything The room smelled like pee, and could use a good vacuum We ended up getting a refund and left

Valentina Vigil

My husband hard a long hard day I had long hard day So he thought up the idea of Let’s get the Jacuzzi room at BW

We had done it before for my Birthday and loved it Long story short he goes in to ask if it was available, the rude woman at the front desk said it was “Available ” but not for us since we live in town and “Everyone” from Pueblo just parties in there We are an Older couple that just wanted to relax in a Jacuzzi and enjoy a nice quiet evening away from the house I think it was awfully rude of her to discriminate us because of where we live We go out of town often and always look for a Best Western From this day on they will never ever get a penny from me!

Kathy Malli

Rooms was very clean, Security patrol parking lot all night, very disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel Elevator stopped working when I needed to load the luggage cart from the 2nd floor to the ground floor Breakfast area was very busy so I skipped the free breakfast

Found it odd that the front desk had to use their key card to unlock the pool room

Very accommodating, clean, professional with a quick check-in HOT water!!!! 🔥 💦 Amazing Bed At a higher tier price per night with fair value because of the amenities, location and comfort level

Smelled amazing in the Lobby Ample parking Close to shops and restaurants (close enough to walk) Really good experience Would recommend

Denny Vanderburg

We had a very pleasant stay! The room was quite large- larger than most standard rooms I felt A bit outdated feeling and kind of mismatched, cobbled together furniture but it felt really nice and comfortable somehow too There was what felt like an addition of a second sink, fridge and “kitchenette” that was really nice to have! The side chair and ottoman didn’t match and the old spot for the fridge was a weird empty space but again, it all just still felt so comfortable and well cared for!The front desk was very kind and helpful, the heated pool and whirlpool both were well taken care of and very fun

Breakfast was excellent too- waffle maker was a great addition I really enjoyed our stay

Matt Plumer

Great location in Pueblo and felt safer than some other locations in town Central to good dining and golf coursesAbove average breakfast, but the attendant who was keeping it clean was making it difficult to get your breakfast and she was rude about trying to get around her and felt almost passive aggressive when cleaning up areas of the breakfast buffet

Maybe she was having a bad day I’d definitely stay there again

Nice staff Completely not like the pictures at all! I feel I did a nonrefundable purchase on priceline And someone should be sued for false advertisement

The staff knew the shower once turned on was not turning off Came in and said oh yeah, Does this all the time Floor of tub feels soft like you could possibly fall thru I paid 50 super cheap sure But was not worth 15 Was not very clean and stunk as well

After reading reviews was probably a blessing not staying there, deserve a refund though Horrible place- should be shut down!!!!! The lady working there will not let you contact her manager or the supervisor of the facility

Served it’s purpose Easy to get to and staff was friendly The room was nice and beds were comfortable

The hallways look like they haven’t been renovated yet but the room seemed to have new furniture and beds They have a hot breakfast as well Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I am not a fan of places that take large deposits There is a $150 deposit just for one night I seem to run across places that fail to refund the deposit due to glitches in the system, so it’s always a pain Not to mention that it ties up your available credit, which adds up if you’re traveling Luckily out of the 7 motels we stayed in on our trip this was only the second one who asked for a deposit Just larger than normal Probably would not have booked here if I had known, but did have a good stay

Tues Day

If I could give no stars I would This place is a scam Went to check my bf and I into this hotel last night

Trying to have a safe place for my bf and service dog to be, while I made a trip back up to the mountains to get out stuff out of storage So we can move out of state My bf has a spine disease, where the doctors just told us, he can not go back to the mountainsWe go to check in, the lady at the desk started to check us in, charged me for the 3 nights to stay Then asked me how I’d like to pay for the deposit Ive worked in the business, I know how things run She should of told us about the deposit before I even paid anything, but instead she was sneaky about the deposit If she didn’t want us to stay, she could of refused our stay Instead of making this huge mess I said that’s weird choice awards didn’t say anything about a deposit She proceeded to say it’s on the websitebut however there is nothing on the website saying there is a deposit Also charged me for our service dog, when we have papers for him That’s against the lawanywhere Asked for my money back as we didn’t have the deposit She proceeded to tell me she was not going to give me my refund Told me I had to call choice awards and have them refund my money So I sat in the lobby and called Now the choice awards was telling me it was the hotel who needed to refund me I was finally able to talk the lady on the phone to call the hotel and get me a refund, because the desk lady refused to give it back Finally was able to get Chris the general manager to give me a full refund After getting the refund in placethey still tried to charge me 68 Now I had to drive up to the mountains with my bf who is suffering greatly, to move our things Because you took all my moneyI’ll be leaving a review on better business bureau I’ll also be contacting my lawyer for the discriminant against my bf who’s in a wheelchair with a service dog
