The room was clean and very modern, especially the bathroom Nice, big shower with great water pressure The AC in the room worked great and the bed was very comfy

The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially the wonderful chef that kept the breakfast bar stocked You could tell that she took pride in her job and genuinely loved helping people start their day right Great experience!

As a weekly road warrior hotel stays can often be grueling and not quite as you expect even with uniformed properties However, in the 9 years I’ve traveled weekly for work this by far was one of the best experiences Staff was amazing! All shifts

Helpful, kind, and caring The property itself is beautiful and exceeded my expectations Definitely recommend if you’re in the St Louis area make this your home away from home!!

Kenton Mack

Very clean, desirable location right off the highway with the most kind and caring staff you will ever encounter! The staff, specifically Hailey, was extremely compassionate and empathetic During our stay, we had a family emergency in which my mother had to be rushed to the hospital to undergo open heart surgeryThe kindness shown by Hailey and the staff towards our family is something that will forever stick with us

In a time that we needed grace, understanding and help, the Fairfield staff was there for us We are so grateful for them and will certainly be repeat customers whenever we are in the area!

Stayed on 7/30, we were looking for a place to stay, after seeing a concert, (25 minutes drive) & didn’t want to stay in St Louis, this Inn location was perfect, did reservations on line but was charge another $5 when we checked in 🤔 (don’t know why), their breakfast was superior, lady at the front desk was very well trained in customer service, room was clean with plenty of towels, pool looked kinda dirty, the room next to us had kiddos (which is fine) & they were very loud, their parents surely needed to be told, use your inside voices

(Nothing against Inn) Overall we will be using this Inn the next time were in the St Louis area Recommend

Daniel Hardy

One of the least expensive rooms around st Louis but decent amenities including a pool, wifi, and hot breakfast It’s quick to get downtown and if you’re traveling with kids, check out the magic house (kids museum) less than 10 miles away Our 10 year old could have spent a week there

Staff was friendly and helpful

I tried to check in an had they no reservation, but room was paid for an I had a confirmation number and paid recipient An of course they had no more rooms to offer me so I had to get back on the highway an drive to find another room for the weekend… very upset Had to drive almost 2 hours to find what u needed

This is my favorite place to stay when we come into town a couple/few times a year! Rooms r nice & cleaned well Bedding is clean thank goodness! Has a fridge w/freezer, microwave, vanity area, & separate restroom Tub & toilet nice and clean, hot water all the time

The boss man as we call him, his son, and housekeeper guy r extremely helpful & make sure rooms r maintained well Never had a bad experience here A lady knocked on our door and my husband looked out & said “wrong room”, she came back again and he opened the door & she tried to say she didn’t mean to knock on our door, but my hubby let her know she knew because she was the same person who had previously knocked, so she apologized & didn’t return Thats kinda typical no matter where u go, & has only occurred once out of our many stays Its usually really quiet Wifi and cable works well, has a gas station right next door, and a bus stop on the other side of gas station if needed! I recommend this place over any other in the area hands down, & can’t wait to return 👍🏼

Not bad for a lower priced hotel and in Cahokia The owner clearly cares about the property and is always doing up keep and cleaning He doesn’t play when it comes to over staying your time paid for at 11am sharp you haven’t checked out or paid for another day he’s knocking haha

Not a bad place to stay on the East side of the Mississippi River from the city of STL

Great hotel! The room was nice and very clean, with an inviting atmosphere – very sleek and elegant without being cold! Check-in was fast and efficient, which was awesome since everyone was exhausted from the drive The beds are comfortable and the pillows are softRob at the front desk was particularly fantastic – when I made the reservation, I asked for a cute towel animal in the “other requests” section, because I really, really like towel art

Rob went above and beyond by creating not one but two – an adorable mouse and a snake guarding the TV remote This seems like a small thing, but I wasn’t really expecting my request to be fulfilled, and it made me incredibly happy Rob was also very friendly and courteous, even to an oddball like meIf you’re passing through or staying in St Louis, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

So glad we found this place after our first stop Probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed Housekeeping does a fantastic job and you can tell they take pride in their work

Front desk staff also awesome and friendly Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again our next visit Thank you for the wonderful stay

We loved this Best Western! It was clean, clean clean Every time I turned around, I saw someone cleaning All of the staff that we encountered were amazingly friendly and helpful

The rooms were spacious, updated and include a small coffee maker There is actually a Chili’s and a bar connected to the hotel In the same parking lot there is a donut shop in case you don’t want to partake in the free breakfast There is also a White Castel and several other fast food withing walking distance From the minute we walked in and saw the beautiful lobby we knew we were made the right choice

Pros: Loved the room it was very clean Loved the fact that there was shampoo, conditioner & body wash in large containers inside of the shower! The pool was nice, and the staff was friendlyCons: We stayed on the Courtyard side, therefore the only breakfast options was Starbucks & it wasn’t free

Free complimentary breakfast was on the Residence inn side We were kept up all night from the noise of kids stomping around and yelling Their was absolutely no trash bags provided so the trash bins were bare If we couldn’t hear every toilet in the building flush it would have been a perfect stay Free breakfast would have been nice! We also requested for a housekeeper to clean while we were out at 1pm and no one ever showed up to clean

This is a great place to stay Not sure about the location being a pain to get to If you’re tired at night, and looking for a place to stay, you probably won’t find this hotel unless you’ve planned on going here

The staff is friendly, maybe too friendly though I get it, you ask how I’m doing, but don’t ask twice in 5 minutes It’s annoying The rooms are very clean, huge plus, and the bathrooms are especially nice for a hotel at this price I’d stay here again

angie crookenden

Recently stayed at the Courtyard St Louis West County I can not say enough positive remarks about my stay here

Hotel is clean and new Staff was beyond kind, knowledgeable and helpful From the front desk staff (sadly I forgot his name) I was greeted with a smile every time I walked by He gave recommendations for restaurants that were “spot on” The cafe staff was great! Kayla and Ellen took time to learn about why I was in town (for my daughter’s stunt competition) and asked great questions about the sport They remembered my name and cheered for our team (Go Arizona State Stunt Devils!) Special shout out to Ellen who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and appreciated! Forks Up to you all and thanks for a great stay in St Louis!

Just stayed for one night but really appreciate the front staff who was so kind and helpful The breakfast spread was neat Loved the coffee

The lady in breakfast service is very sweet and nice Loved the updated room the rooms were very clean and quiet spacious The location is very good a little drive from St Louis downtown but very less traffic

Ty Neargarder

This location was exceptional in a lot of ways The updated rooms are a welcoming touch They have all the basic amenities but it’s now a much cleaner and modern look

Rooms have wall based thermostat for A/C which is nice Wonderful step-in showersStaff was eager to help with anything we needed Room service is now opt-in so they won’t disturb you without askingThe only issue we had is you need all your room keys to be activated simultaneously or as you activate a card it voids the old ones This means if you have Hilton Honors and you want to use the app you have to forgo the physical cardOther than that only good things to say Decent hot breakfast as well

Norm Krueger

We checked in at 2am after working all day in 100 degree heat Got to the room which felt warm (74 per the thermostat) The AC was working in my the room (cycling on and off) but I could not adjust the temperature on the wall thermostat

My assumption is that the room temp was being controlled by the HVAC software at the hotel The room did cool down to 72 by morning but I had set the temp down to 65 Yes I did get some rest but I also like to be able to control the room temp as part of the total comp comfort package I expect when renting a room

We recently stayed five nights here while in town for our Grandson’s graduation The small things that are a part of life don’t affect me I want a good working A/C, good breakfast, and most of all – a staff that cares

The staff here is outstanding and were quick to greet us with genuine smiles We had an incident on our last morning that was met with the staff doing a great job to help us out

Mary Sanabria

Everything about this hotel screams “outdated” The carpet, the wallpaper, the decor

everything The carpet was so old it looked like it couldn’t be cleaned anymore The stairs in the main hallway, you could see the dirt on them Although the carpet in our room wasn’t as dark, we could tell it hadn’t been rug shampooed in some time The peeling/stained wallpaper in the main room were quite a turnoff It was the kind of hotel you’d never take your shoes off in Fortunately it appears as if they did a good job cleaning in general besides the nasty carpets and stained walls The breakfast area was clean and stocked For the price we paid, I was completely turned off We ended up going to another Holiday inn just a few minutes away SO glad we did Even my young daughters were turned off by this place Lower your pricesBIG TIME! I only wish I had gotten pictures

K’Lyn Hardy

Older hotel (like the characteristic aspects of it!), large bathrooms, nice lighting, nice white bed set, JR Watkins body wash, shampoo, and conditioner complimentary with room, comfortable bed, smart TV, great wifi, amazing breakfast, friendly + helpful staff, and lastly— free toys for kids! Only thing I didn’t like was the sofa chair in the room was dirty and had an obvious stain

The refrigerator was also not as clean, but tolerable

My husband and I stayed with Dan (& sweet Rosie his rescue dog) last night We were tired from a long family vacation and he was most accommodating We were allowed to store our bags (early) while sightseeing

The house is a gorgeous updated gem with lots of interesting antiques and curiosities The bed was super comfortable The best part was a great breakfast along with an interesting conversation with 2 other guests and our host Dan We felt right at home and will certainly be back !

Diane Ramos

Location, location, location!! Ok

then there’s Dan, the Innkeeper, and his sweet dog Rosie ❤️ 🐾 What a perfect place to stay while in St Louis Downtown sites are minutes away, yet the Inn is in a quiet, beautiful area with a pretty park across the street Dan is soooooooo accommodating whether it’s having breakfast ready when WE needed it or just being a plethora of information The room was big, and the bed very comfortable Breakfasts were ridiculously amazing by the way! We had our car with us and it was nice to have free parking! A great stay overall ❤️

Cindy Kelly

My partner and I spent 4 nights in the Virginia Minor Suite and loved every minute of it Dan was a fabulous host, accommodating in every way Breakfast each morning was a delight, and we slept VERY well on the comfortable bed

I didn’t snap photos of the room, but the photos available are accurate It’s spacious yet cozyWe had our 13-year-old, 10-pound chiweenie with us, and she socialized a little with Rosie, Dan’s playful pup, a larger, sturdier breed with a heart of gold Our dog loved our walks in Benton Park The view of the park from our room was lovelyThe neighborhood around the B&B is charming and easy to navigate When Dan says he has ample parking out front, believe him Coming & going couldn’t have been easier Plus we were plenty close to all of the parts of St Louis that we wanted to explore We will certainly stay at Benton Park Inn for subsequent visits to the area

It’s clean and quiet, comfy bed and decent sized roomBreakfast would be better with eggs but at least you could get a little something to start your day and coffee or teaAsk the staff I interacted with were very nice

There’s restaurants in either side, a bandanas barbeque and cracker barrelThe popcorn was a great extra amenityI enjoyed my stay the only reason I have it a 4 start was there was a slight odor not bad but smelt like maybe they sprayed for bugs recently and the room was stuffy, the windows didn’t open it have any way for fresh air to come in not a huge big deal but I prefer fresh air over running the wall unit

Bang Ridu

I was visiting Fenton from Charleston Illinois and Expedia recommended this hotel The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and neat, bathroom was clean and spacious TV is not outdated, i think it was a 4K with various channel

They still keep microwave and fridge Although a bottle of water wouldn’t hurt at all, but at least there’s a gallon of water provided at the front desk I’d stay here again if i visited Fenton again

Patrick Fuller

Customer service is a joke!! I tried to extend our stay 1 night and they wanted $250 for a $89 room They also charged my card twice for the same amount so now I’m having to deal with my bank with that I called down to the desk ally was working told me she had a Custome in front of her so went down to talk to her she answered the phone and decided to have a conversation while I waited for her

I will not be coming back and I’ll be telling everyone about my experience here Do your self a favor and go somewhere else

This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever had I’ve stayed in hotels all over traveling for work and for leasure and this was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to express how much I enjoyed my visit This past weekend My boyfriend, my teenage son, three of my sons friends, and myself traveled to St

Louis to finish up Spring Break When we arrived Nancy checked us in and she was absolutely fantastic but little did I know she would make our hotel stay so amazing!Even the four teenage boys went in the Nancy was great as well Always greeting us asking about our plans and what we had going on always so pleasant I definitely encountered other staff that was nice but there was no comparison to the impression Nancy made!We will definitely stay here again when we come to St Louis because of her!Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean and very nice They serve warm cookies and cold milk every night from 8-9 they were delicious! Hot breakfast every morning Lemon water, coffee and tea out in the lobby all the time We will definitely stay here again!!

James Borum

We had a good experience at this hotel The service was great from beginning to end In addition, they had a nice selection for breakfast compared to other hotels

The room was very comfortable The only issue was we noticed when getting in our room that there was a part of the back of the toilet which had not been cleaned from the last guest However, that was the only negative so my wife disinfected and cleaned it and we enjoyed the rest of our time here We would stay here again

Aaron Shirley

Yes, I give five stars I’m very impressed all together The pool was even perfect

I may not frequent overnight stays or travel as much as I should, but this Hampton has placed the cherry on top of our St Louis Adventure Honestly folks drive like a bat out of hell around here mistaken judgmental as been greeted with nothing but kindness and respect from every business I supported It’s more of an investment rather an expense when my family is comfortable We will be back!!! Thank you:)

My family stayed here for 1 night as we were traveling through The staff was very curtios and loved an early check in I also called ahead to request a baby bed for our 1 y

o son, when I checked into the hotel, they informed me that it was already set up in the room which was great! The hotel is in a nice quiet location and 8s very clean The breakfast was good and we would definitely stay here again of we pass through the area The only downfall was a lack of food choices in the immediate vicinity

Dodi Riley

The staff was courteous and friendly They went above and beyond to assure my safety and comfort including assisting me in my wheelchair to my room They worked with us with an early check in and late check out as my husband and I were both ill, were stranded on the highway due to an automobile breakdown and my husband was there for cancer treatment next door

This was a very complicated and difficult situation, but we are grateful the staff (especially Kim and Dawn)were there to make it as pleasant as possible

Sharing is caring!
