Very clean and amazing staff It is dated, but we’re not people who get our panties in a bunch about such things It was among the most reasonably priced lodgings in the area

One of our party was feeling dizzy due to the altitude and couldn’t get in the car until after checkout time and they were very accommodatingBe aware they don’t have an elevator and they don’t serve a full breakfast If you use any sort of mobility aid, you should ask to stay on the first floorThey do make it clear about the breakfast, so we were well aware and went in with the expectation that we’d get breakfast somewhere else

I have never had such bad treatment in any other hotel chain like this one The lady at the front desk is the most disrespectful person I have ever met SHe denied us check-in because she didn’t think our appearance was appropriate, after 12 hours of travel and having arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight

It’s a shame that people like this still exist

My husband was on a road trip with his brother and he started feeling bad so he decided he needed a place to stay and he came across this place The owner, Johnny, I believe, was super friendly and nice He was very accommodating to my husband

The room was clean and tidy The hotel wasn’t full of fancy things but it us a nice place to stay Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!

Ginger Turner

So happy I stumbled upon this jem Recently stated at the grand hotel ( less than 400 ft away) and this is so much better Hot tub is incredibly and ph so clean

I appreciate everything the staff is doing This spot might be a little more rustic than some people desire but they are welcome to spend 2x as much else where and leave open rooms for the rest of us This is where I’ll be staying from now on, any time in the area I will not be searching for another hotel again

Ruthless Goat

How can I give 5 stars to a scruffy-looking place located in a hodge-podge area of commercial, retail and other joints in a city whose zoning resembles a kaleidoscope? Let’s look at what is important Location, cleanliness, a friendly staff, easy and ample parking, comfort and air-conditioning that is not prevalent at over 9,000 ftIn the Breckenridge/Frisco area, lodging is not cheap

I was visiting with friends who were staying in an $8,000 a week house The Summit Inn is located just off I-70 in Frisco This is an older motel that still uses keys for door entry However, the air was ice-cold, the room spotlessly clean and the bed was as comfortable as any high-priced motel that you could find The only negative about the room was there there were only two “accessible” outlets for phone chargers No big deal You may also run into some interesting, but friendly characters at or around the property as wellThe room with tax was about $120, which is very reasonable for this area Call the motel directly for a reservation, and book with complete confidence Amenities include microwave, refrigerator, cable TV and internet service, plus coffee and pastries

Pierrick Berruyer

Room and the place was great! Very cute and warm! Highly recommended place for that! However the breakfast was very disappointing… I only got a tiny piece of omelette and I had to request twice to get some bread Nothing was really available (except coffee and cereals – but no bowl)…

Morgan DeCola

Totally lovely place to stay – here is our review:POSITIVES- So very accommodating, a lot of thoughtful touches! Ex: champagne for anniversary, tea & cookies available 24/7, shelf of DVDs to choose from, extra towels kept by the hot tub- Wonderful wine & hors d’oeuvres every evening! Super fun, very unusual for a B&B to provide- Very much worth its value! A lot of ‘extras’ included in the price of your stay – bikes to use, hot tub, wine & hors d’oeuvres hour w/local musician, etc- Really lovely spot, as Frisco is such a beautiful, welcoming mountain town

Fun to be able to walk out the door & stroll the street and shopsCOULD BE IMPROVED- The bed was honestly not very comfortable (rm #1), could use a mattress upgrade We didn’t sleep super great throughout our weekend unfortunately- The breakfast is good, just nothing special I’d expect a bit higher quality/more interesting menu from a nice B&B, especially at the pricepoint- Sharing 1 bathroom between 4 rooms is not idealI wouldn’t do that again We knew about it in advance, of course, but let me save you the hassle – don’t share a bathroom

Imagine, every hallmark movie you’ve ever seen Snow falling, lights twinkling, beautiful girl in an old homey lodge tucked away in the mountains of Colorado Upon entering, you will find a piano that is tuned and operational, as well as, and acoustic guitar for the leisure and entertainment of anyone nearby

Complimentary evening wine and soup were delicious and warmed the soul Breakfast filled the gullet with love Charles dickens could walk into any of these rooms and feel as he is walking into his own parlor Not to be omitted -> hot tub Lastly, Susan made us feel as though we had made it home for the holidays We were genuinely cared for and even took a lap for her at A-Basin Arapahoe or die

This hotel has been open for less than a year so they are still working on everything but overall provided us a great stay! The continental breakfast saved us a lot of time and money getting ready for the ski day It is by no means luxury diner food but was perfect to stop by and eat something quick There is also a Wednesday evening social that provides free drinks

Only recommendations for guests: keep the QR code that has the hotel info, there is not a paper visitor guide so if you throw this away you lose all info about the hotel Pool and hot tub were heated and nice

P Kauble

The hotel just opened less than a year and we got so lucky to have a beautiful snow weather over the weekend They also just opened a rooftop restaurant/bar and it was super cute The food and service was amazing

We got there pretty late but everyone was very accommodating The hot breakfas was good daily We used their gym, very clean and have enough of what we neededThey also have an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub and with the mountain view, it was super cool to have Our room was very clean, super comfortable bed and the television was personalized for you I really enjoyed our weekend here We will sure be back! Thank you to all the staff

Simpsons Victor

We booked one room for 3 days to ski at the end of the season The overall experience was great! The breakfast included saved us a lot of time in the morning, we only needed to drive for less than 30 mins to Keystone and Breckenridge, and less than one hour to Vail We loved the hot tub, which was a great relief to legs and knees every night

The room setting was also good, with a large TV and comfortable temperature control system It was quiet at nights, so we all had very sound sleeps

This is now my go-to location for when I’m visiting the high country The rooms are incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly The breakfast has a nice array of food and if you get a room facing lake Dillon, your experience is even more elevated

My next trip is already booked! The walls are a bit thin, but it’s nowhere near a deal breaker Other than that, this is a great place to stay

s s

It’s an older set of buildings so the walls aren’t the thickest, but it’s not a party hotel so still got a great quiet night’s sleep Our room was soo clean I just can’t believe it They really take care to clean the corners and tucked away spots unlike many other hotels

I was wiping the tops of picture frames, behind the appliances, and light fixtures, none of them had dust The beds are comfy, so are the pillows Breakfast was what you’d expect, hot and cold items, coffee and juice I will say I really liked the fact that they offered a good decaf coffee, which is rare anywhere but home And the view from our room was exactly what we were hoping for, lake and mountains!

We absolutely love this place As a lodge guest, they provide so many amenities including reusable water bottles and glasses instead of all the paper/plastic throw-away Their staff is exceptional and always helpful

The on-site spa/pool and fitness area is lovely and has great hours The food and beverage options are very decent and the Bistro downstairs even has a happy hour Great walking, hiking and snow shoeing options nearby, in addition to other sports We love the river areas in spring and fall We will be back again soon!

J.C. Welch

I have stayed here many times and it is awesome We usually ski A Basin and its super convenient! The pool and spa are great, the restaurant and bar are fun and have good food On my last visit last week, a friend had a serious accident at A Basin skiing

He had too have emergency surgery in Frisco, and the staff here accommodated him above and beyond any expectation They were so kind and thoughtful and ot made a big impression on our group of skiers Thanks! And the beds are awesome

Warren Arnold

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Keystone Lodge and Spa The ladies working the front desk made our stay very special Shoutout to Abigail, Anna, and Courtney! They went over and above and accommodated our every need

We stayed in a one bedroom loft with 3 people The breakfast buffet is great and is 50% off for people staying at the hotel The cafe serves Starbucks coffee The hotel is located on the bus route, and there is a shuttle available for hotel guests However, currently (March 2022) the hotel shuttle only runs from 4:00-9:00PM

I’m a truck driver my dispatch pays for my room, I stayed couple of different nights in this hotel but I noticed some deductions in my bank account by the hotel, I called them and she told me that was for “parking fee” so my personal card was given for incidents only and I explained I even used the parking lot, I parked my truck at mc Donald’s lot She is rude and doesn’t careThis is like a scam

Beautiful place, amazing condos, market Plaza right nearby with restaurants and shops But, when I called for info on activities, they were pretty rude to me and did not give clear info And when I checked in, I was also treated rudely

However staff in the conference center and working the gondola have been super friendly and helpful One downside to this whole resort tho is it’s like a confusing maze to find your way around, and it seems fairly far / complicated to get into town and get to a gas station or something

Joe Ragone

The location of the Arapahoe lodge is great, but that is where the magic ends Our room was gross! The walls had caked on dust and so did the fans The walls were so gross we had to wash them before we could relax

Isn’t that how every great vacation should start? The walls were textured and the dust built up over time The fans were disgusting We dared not look behind the couch Our unit needed a deep clean The windows did not close all the way and the unit was cold at night Also from a safety perspective a hotel employee walked in our unit while we were there without knocking and said they were there to fix something, we made no request for repairs I emailed vail resorts twice times with pictures and descriptions of the problems and eventually only received a canned response This was our typical ski destination, but after the condition of the room and lack of caring after the fact we will not return or recommend…

Michael Stan

Nice lodge Comfortable sized condo for a party of 3 adults and 2 kids 2 big TVs, wi-fi, and a small kitchen

Parking was in a secure garage too! The beds were a little uncomfortable, but I realize we get used to our own beds at home The pool and hot tub area was great after a long day of skiing Definitely a nice perk to wind down and rejuvenate those aching muscles

Joe Nemec

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff They were pleasant and efficient They gave off the impression of being proud to have us staying in their property

It was cool to feel so valuedThe rooms were spacious and in good shape We had a great view on the 5th floor and the multiple hot tubs was an awesome addition Breakfast was hot and consistent, and we were allowed to self-park because the hotel wasn’t busy I will definitely stay here again!

Zellner Household

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, every staff member was welcoming and ever so helpful Martha was absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time She upgraded our room, plus got us a view and made sure we got a roll away bed

Her kindness and positive attitude alongside “knowing” us, was unmatched The hotel is older, yet exactly what we expected Super clean, hot tub on rooftop was great and pool access at Keystone Lodge & Spa was great – they have a good pool, sauna and lockers all available The walking trails and beauty around the hotel was gorgeous, and walk to River Run Great running trails and right off Snake River trails We will come again for sure!

Carolyn Stone

Nathan and Saul were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful at check in The hotel room has a gorgeous mountain view and a great walking path I wish I weren’t so exhausted when we arrived or I’d be taking advantage of one of the hot tubs on property or the fire pit! Or the bar in the lobby

Currently I’m tucked into a super comfy bed and only sad we don’t have a second night to spend here There’s plenty of extra linens and extra blankets in the closet, too Bonus: they are dog-friendly! Will certainly be back Honestly every time I stay at Hyatt Place I find myself liking it more than Grand Hyatt

We stayed in room 220 last week Our kids slept well but my wife and I did not The mattresses were not comfy to us which made the few days rough

My other frustration was the overgrown tree branches by the front sidewalk were so low they are eye level so watch out I enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby and coffee in the morning The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Annette S.

Save your money and stay somewhere else The hotel was incredibly noisy and staff barely did anything to address a bunch of drunken guys running around the hallway There was literally human feces in the parking lot

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the place seemed somewhat run down When we spoke staff member about our stay he became confrontational and rude The room was clean and that was the only positive thing about our stay

I had read alot of negative reviews while reviewing Alpine Inn but decided to give it a shot anyways We found it more than acceptable for the price Rooms were clean, interstate noise was barely noticeable (even with a room facing interstate), and shower was hot

Pool was open but we did not go in No continental breakfast due to covid, but they said there would be muffins and juice which we could not find either morning All in all, was worth the money considering the cost for lodging in Breckenridge area Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great budget place to stay with a perfect location Shuttle to Copper ski resort stops right in front of the hotel Easy drive to all the other ski areas, sightseeing and activities

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with fridge and microwave Hotel staff and owner were friendly and helpful This is my second time there and I know I’ll be going back

Hannah Conway

I mean this location is great and the hotel was fine Nothing fancy by any means I’m giving my low rating because we paid $143 for 1 night and the air conditioning would not work

We could barely sleep that night from how hot the room was Instead they supplied a box fan and that was as good as it got We had to open both windows and put the box fan in front to try and blow in some cooler air But then because of that, you couldn’t close the curtains So we slept all night with the curtains wide open to where everyone could see in It was just a real bummer because I wanted to like this place But I can’t justify spending $143 a night to have no AC, especially in summer

Tony W

The location is outstanding but the hotel itself is really uncomfortable Unfortunately they mounted the fans to the window and you can’t move them around, so it gets almost no air into the room during the summer, leaving for an unpleasant night of sleep If you scroll down, many others have said this and the ownership seems to respond quite rudely

Wouldn’t say it’s a “don’t ever stay here” kind of place, but it’s a last resort for sure

I had booked a family suite that is advertised to sleep six Upon arriving I realized their were not enough towels for the six of us that were staying I went to the front desk to ask the receptionist for an additional towel

I was told no I had to ask several times before being given an additional towel which was like pulling teeth I feel like a room should be adequately stocked with the number of towels that the room can sleepWhen we were setting up for bed and pulled the pullout couch we noticed their were no sheets or blankets for the couch We went to the front desk to ask for sheets and blankets and were told no once again After trying to explain we had a family suite and it wasn’t equipped with enough sheets and blankets she opened a storage room and proceeded to hand us a towel I pointed at the blankets on the shelf and then we finally got a blanketI have never experienced such poor service any of my previous times staying in Keystone I don’t understand how it’s such a difficult task to ask for additional items that weren’t properly stocked in the room in the first placeBy the way the sauna also doesn’t workFor future occupants having better customer service would make the experience overall much more enjoyable

Sac Mate!!!

FANTASTIC HOTEL! Very convenient and right next to the slopes, the hot tub was great, free coffee was surprisingly great, delicious breakfast place right across the street, cool fireplace in the lobby to enjoy colorado and think about what fun thing your gonna next Everybody was friendly and cared whether or not your stay was perfect! Strongly Recommend

My boyfriend and I needed a decent priced hotel for one night for our ski trip One night for a standard queen size room was $205 Only complaint was that the building had a faint smell of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking building

There are nicer rooms if you ask Our younger cousins were lucky to get the same size room except with a queen sized bed, a bunk bed, a couch, mirrored closet and a stocked fridge It is about a 25 min drive away from Breckenridge slopes

I’m giving this 5 stars for the manager My son developed a bad cough in the midst of Covid and we waited too long to cancel our reservation The manager went out of his way to refund us our second night stay

I still stayed here with just my daughter on the first night of our stay and it was a good experience Clean hotel and the breakfast was good It was the extra understanding and efforts from the manager though that will get us to return to this hotel Well done

The pros: Plentiful parking, great lap pool, spacious indoor/outdoor hot tubs, clean and pretty lobby, nice breakfast seating and continental assortment, clean linens, spacious bathroom, and huge TV The onsite business center with a computer/printer is a plus The guest laundry had 4 modern machines at reasonable coin fee

The cons: rugs throughout out hotel and room were dated and dirty Our room had dog smell and overwhelming carpet powder smell I was grateful for the ability to open the mini balcony door (had 2 chairs) to air out the room There is only one small elevator to service the cleaners and the customers- having to be handicapped and wait a long time to get down to lower level did not sit well Finally, there is only one ice machine with vending machines on the first floor Many Quality Inn locations wow me, but i found this location to be underwhelming 05/21/22 Room 213

This hotel’s location is certainly convenient to Breckenridge and surrounding areas However, the hotel itself leaves MUCH to be desired While it’s described as a no-frills, unfussy place to stay, it’s really just an overly redecorated lobby that serves as a blatant facade for an incredibly outdated and bleak facility

As we headed to our first-floor room, it was clear that the walls were paper-thin – judging from the audible conversations from nearby rooms, and the echoing screeches from the indoor pool down the hallUpon entering our room, we were greeted with an overwhelming citrus scent – later determined to be a Glade plugin, turned on high and strategically placed to mask a heavy mix of sweat and body odor that permeated the entire room Further, the beautiful “mountain views” that were advertised were instead a full closeup of the hotel next doorThankfully, only one night was spent on the creaking, hard-as-a-rock bed And as we checked out, it was no surprise that the front desk clerk didn’t bother to ask how our stay was – I doubt he’d actually want to hear the answer
